Located atop a modern urban complex, the Octopus Playground transforms a rooftop space into a vibrant world of imagination, water play, and family recreation. Designed as a dynamic destination for children of all ages, the project blends artistic creativity with interactive play to create a one-of-a-kind rooftop experience.
The playground spans multiple themed areas inspired by the ocean, featuring a signature octopus structure that serves as the central landmark. Each of the octopus’s eight arms integrates unique play elements, including slides, climbing walls, swings, tunnels, and spinning poles, offering a wide variety of activities that promote physical coordination, balance, and exploration.
Surrounding the main structure is a bubble-inspired water play zone, where colorful circular flooring patterns evoke the motion of ocean waves and bubbles. The area includes rainbow arches, sprinklers, and interactive water guns, providing a refreshing and safe environment for children during warmer months.
To enrich sensory engagement, the playground incorporates musical equipment such as drums, horns, and chimes. These interactive sound elements encourage social play, rhythm exploration, and collaboration among children. Additionally, suction cup–inspired trampolines add a dynamic and playful touch, allowing children to bounce and move freely within a visually stimulating environment.
