The Amazon Water Park located in Dangjin City, South Chungcheong Province of South Korea grandly opened in the midsummer of July this year. PSY (also known as Uncle Bird), the South Korean singer who became globally famous with the song "Gangnam Style", attended the opening ceremony. With Uncle Bird's presence at the pool party, the scene was extremely popular and bustling.

The Amazon Water Park is the first valley water park in South Korea, with an infinity pool overlooking the picturesque scenery of the water park. Mooton Group has created a unique South American Indian-style parent-child water house for the water park, bringing tourists the first water carnival in the summer of 2024.

Design Concept

With the theme of the carnival of the Amazonian tribes in South America, the ancient South American civilization, the mysterious primitive jungle life, the wild Indian customs, and the modern and fashionable Morandi style collide, bringing visitors to a cool rainforest world to enjoy the joy of summer splashing.

Parent-child Water House

This parent-child water house is to be created as a jungle theme series water house, integrating Palm trees in the rainforest, exaggerated and minimalist Indian totems, and bright and colorful colors so that the whole water house is full of a romantic art atmosphere.

To reserve enough space for tourists to splash, the layout of the water park uses the shape of one to make an arrangement, which has the advantage of occupying less area. At the same time, the water slides and high-altitude pour buckets with various appearance designs are connected by a water corridor walk.

Various animal and plant patterns, humanoid patterns, and symbols of totems, with their mysterious and strange breath and dazzling thick ink, give people a strong visual impact and psychological shock.

The colorful children's water house incorporates water slides, theme scenes, and diver water play equipment. Although the water house is named for children's water house, it is actually suitable for people of all age groups, increasing parent-child interaction, and enjoying comfortable and safe water play fun.

Wide slides, straight slides, closed spiral slides, crazy slides, and other types of water slides are all printed with patterns of Indian totems and symbols, allowing children to shuttle and play happily. In addition, each type of water slide can have different methods of play and experiences.

This enclosed spiral slide that extends from the walkway, ingeniously encircles a palm tree and its exterior is adorned with translucent stripes. When sunlight filters through these stripes and combines with the water flow, it creates an enchanting colorful effect inside the tunnel. Different light exposures give rise to different dynamic visual effects, enhancing the novelty of the experience.

The baffles and guardrails adopt UV printing technology. The structure and appearance are designed according to the natural landscape and original IP, so as to achieve the effect of integrating the product with the environment.

The automatically filled inverted bucket pours down in an instant when it is full, drenching people playing below. Then, with the inertial movement of the bucket, children will involuntarily hold their breath under the inverted bucket and look forward to another exciting downpour, enjoying a carefree playing experience.

Decorations such as palm trees, sun umbrellas, small animals, and straw hats create an atmosphere of tropical rainforests and seaside charm, and totems are the most eye-catching cultural symbol of Native Americans in North America and also meet the needs of tourists from other places to take photos and check-in.
